Terry C. Dahlem age 55 of East Springfield, Ohio passed away Monday July 26, 2010 at the Trinity Medical Center West Steubenville, Ohio
He was born February 19, 1955 in Steubenville, Ohio
Terry was a member of the LaBelle View Christian Church of Steubenville.
He loved his pets; loved fishing and hunting and was an avid Star Trek fan.
Terry was retired from the Steubenville Country Club as a maintenance supervisor.
He was preceded in death by his father Frank J. Dahlem, brother Larry Dahlem, paternal grandparents Frank and Opal Dahlem; maternal grandparents Norman and Erma McKnight.
Terry's survivors are:
Wife: Anita Joyce (Spencer) Dahlem whom he married May 4, 1991
Mother: Delores A. (McKnight) Dahlem of Wintersville, Ohio
Brother: Norman J. Dahlem and wife Barbara Lou of Wintersville, Ohio
Sister: Kitty A. Dahlem and fiancι John Kleiner of Wintersville, Ohio
Nephews and nieces: Andrew and Sheri Dahlem of Akron, Ohio; Darin and Laura Brown of Lower Salem, Ohio; Jaimie L. Anderson of Wintersville, Ohio; William and Sarah Spencer of Lexington Park, Maryland.
Father - in-law and mother-in-law: Carlas and Faye Spencer of Steubenville, Ohio
Brother in-law and sister-in-law: Dennis and Jill Spencer of Lexington Park, Maryland

A celebration service of Terry's life will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday July 30th at the funeral home with Minister Thomas Aerhart officiating. burial will follow at the Shadow Lawn Memorial Gardens Newell, West Virginia.
